Reservation and Payments

• The total rental amount, plus a $100 cleaning fee, is due at the time of reservation.

• Checks are accepted or payment may be made by VISA or MasterCard through PayPal by clicking on the PayPal logo displayed on this website.

Cancellation Policy

• All payments will be refunded (less a $50.00 cancellation fee) if the cancellation is made 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Taxes

• All rates are subject to a 11.42% Tax.

Check-in/Check-out and Minimum Stay Requirement

• Check-in Time is 3:00 p.m.

• Check-out Time is 12:00 noon.

• There is a 4-night minimum stay requirement.

Extended Stays

• Special rates for stays of 28 days or longer are available upon request.
